What are tokens?
Tokens are how AI usage is measured: everything the model reads (your question, the data tools fetch) and writes (the answer) counts. Across real usage a question averages roughly 8,000–11,000 tokens. The first question in a new chat costs the most (around 8,000–14,000, because Datae reads your store setup and tool catalog once per chat); follow-ups in the same chat reuse that and typically cost 1,000–4,000. Cross-platform analyses and scheduled runs use more. On that average the Free plan covers roughly 25 questions a month, Starter roughly 200, Pro roughly 800, and Max roughly 3,000.
What integrations are included?
All plans include access to Shopify, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, Klaviyo, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and Meta Ads.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time directly from the Shopify admin. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?

What happens if I hit my token limit?
When you reach your monthly token limit, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Your usage resets at the start of each billing cycle.
Is my data secure?
Connections use OAuth and tokens are encrypted at rest. Datae fetches data on demand to answer each question rather than syncing your store. Chat transcripts, including the data tools returned, are kept so you can revisit past analyses; you can delete any chat at any time, and uninstalling removes all of your shop's data.
